Name Manifest:
TSA is now requiring us to have all passengers first and middle names, gender and DOB.  New Horizons has revised the Airline Manifest for your usage.  Please allow your group plenty of time to collect this information from everyone traveling.  Below is the TSA website explaining what is needed and why.

Instrument Manifest:
Must be received no later than two weeks prior to flight.  New Horizons needs ALL oversized and overweight instruments listed.  This information is sent to the airlines for approval.  If the airline declines anything too big or heavy, we will have time to make alternate arrangements.  Lists received within two weeks of travel may be declined by the airline.  This information must be submitted correctly.  For example:  Height-Width-Length in inches and weight in pounds.  The submitted list must be typed.  The airlines are really cracking down on overweight and oversized items.  This could be a huge problem if the correct information is not submitted to the airlines on time.
